Description

Near Siena, in the very attractive green sloping landscape east of that city, you will find this old villa that also has been used as a farm. Next to the villa there is another building where an elderly distinguished English historian is living. The swimming pool is used only by the guests of the villa. The owner has tastefully furnished and decorated the house with paintings and sculptures made by artists, friends of her. The loggia with travertine columns is very pretty and offers a splendid view of the surrounding landscape and garden with pine trees. A huge fire place and extra living room/library complete the very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.

Entry via an internal staircase to the first floor. Entry in very large sitting room with dining-table; kitchen-diner with oven and dishwasher, door to loggia; library and adjacent a bedroom with two single beds; at the other side of the main sitting room bedroom with double bed, bathroom en suite and door to a bedroom with two single beds and door to loggia; another bedroom with double bed and bathroom en suite; extra bathroom. Altogether 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Payment

After phoning or mailing your reservation you will receive a booking form. This form should be returned a.s.a.p. completed . Please deposit both the booking fee of € 25,- and the weekly commission of € 200,- (account numbers can be found on the booking form). We will then send you a voucher stating the amount due to the owner and the method of payment.

Cleaning the property

You are required to leave the apartment as you found it, and to report any damages or breakage.

Arrival and departure

Please be so kind as to arrive on the Saturday afternoon between 16:00 and 19:00 hrs. Departure not later than 10:00 on Saturday morning.
