Description
The estate of Masseto in La Piazza di Sopra is situated very peacefully and beautifully in the Chianti hills, surrounded by woodland, vineyards and olive groves. There are various houses on the grounds: the very hospitable owners’ house with a tower dating from the 11th century A.D. and four comfortable apartments. The swimming pool (5 x 15 m) is also used by the owners. Excellent opportunities for walking.

Payment
After phoning or mailing your reservation you will receive a booking form. This form should be returned a.s.a.p. completed. Please deposit both the booking fee of € 25,- and the weekly commission of € 70,- to € 100,- (account numbers can be found on the booking form). We will then send you a voucher stating the amount due to the owner and the method of payment.
Cleaning the property
You are required to leave the apartment as you found it, and to report any damages or breakage.
Arrival and departure
Please be so kind as to arrive on the Saturday afternoon between 16:00 and 19:00 hrs. Departure not later than 9:30 on Saturday morning.

Extra guest € 50,- a week (Leccio € 70,- a week) . Satellite Television in all apartments. Internet access. Telephone and washing machine, charged according to use. Limited supply of firewood provided. Please bring your own towels for use at swimming pool. House wines and olive oil sold on the property. Shopping in Panzano at 6 km or in Castellina at 12 km. Cleaning charge: € 45,- (Quinto), € 60,- (Vittoria and Cappero) and € 100,- (Leccio). Heating: Quinto € 90,- a week, Vittoria and Cappero € 120,- a week, Leccio € 200,- a week.
