Near Florence, in the picturesque hills south of that city, you will find this old farm and villa where wine and olive oil is produced. In two restored antique buildings, the owners made 4 apartments. The apartments have been renovated and furnished with care by their friendly owner Maria Teresa. They each have two (Torretta) or three (Casale) bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower and a private terrace. Wonderful views of the surrounding hills. The swimming pool (14 x7 x 1, 40 m-220 m.) is surrounded by olive trees. The owners villa and a historical garden with baroque grotto are on the same grounds.

Ground floor: very spacious kitchen-diner and lounge with Frenche windows to garden area. Another large sitting room with open fireplace. Bathroom with shower (suitable for disabled persons). First floor: one double bedroom and two bedrooms with two single beds, bathroom with shower.

Layout Casale 2

First floor: spacious living-room with fireplace, kitchen, diningroom, bathroom with shower, First floor: double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds, bedroom with one single bed.

Layout Torretta 1

Kitchen-diner, large sittingroom with fireplace and bed settee for two, bathroom with shower. First floor one twin bedroom with two single beds, one double bedroom, bathroom with shower, storage facility.

Layout Torretta 2

Ground floor: kitchen-diner with dishwasher. First Floor: bathroom with shower; bedroom with two single beds; bedroom with double bed.

Payment

After phoning or mailing your reservation you will receive a booking form. This form should be returned a.s.a.p. completed . Please deposit both the booking fee of € 25,- and the weekly commission of € 80,- or € 100,- (account numbers can be found on the booking form). We will then send you a voucher stating the amount due to the owner and the method of payment.

Cleaning the property

You are required to leave the apartment as you found it, and to report any damages or breakage. A fee of € 150,-  is charged for final cleaning.

Arrival and departure

Please be so kind as to arrive on the Saturday afternoon between 16:00 and 19:00 hrs. Departure not later than 9:30 on Saturday morning.

All apartments have a well equipped kitchen, with fridge and freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher. Wifi available. Wine, olive oil, lemons and capers for sale on the grounds. Washing machine for common use. Central heating charged according to use. Cleaning charge: € 150,-

Shopping: la Romola (350 m), Cerbaia (2 km) and Florence (8 km). Various shops, restaurants, golf-course and horse-riding in direct vicinity.
