Description

Agriturismo Torriano is ideal for families, who like to see the Chianti area and also appreciate their rest when they come home. Torriano is only 5 minutes drive from the main road from Florence to Siena. But when you leave that road, you find immediately the lovely countryside including the tranquillity and the beautiful view on the olive trees and wine ranks. The Italian owner is very friendly and hospitable and she speaks English. The rooms in the house are spacious and beautifully furnished and decorated. All the kitchen equipment is very complete and practical. You are allowed to take the fruit from all the various fruit trees for our own usage. The owner will provided you with all sorts of information what to visit, where to dine and where to taste wine in the Chianti Classico region.

Layout Torriano 1

Ground floor, spacious hall, 2 steps to the living room/kitchen with dishwasher, stove with oven and microwave. Entrance to the covered loggia with a dining table. The hall also provides access to the bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a matrimonial bed and own bathroom (sink, shower, toilet and bidet)and 1 bedroom with 2 separate beds and own bathroom (sink, shower, toilet and bidet).

With a central stair, going to the first floor: living room/ kitchen with dishwasher, stove with oven and all the necessary equipment. 1 bedroom with a matrimonial bed and own bathroom (sink, shower, toilet and bidet) and 1 bedroom with 2 separate beds and own bathroom (sink, shower, toilet and bidet). On the ground floor there is a terras with dining table available for these guests.

Ground floor: spacious entrance and living room, with entrance to the kitchen with a dishwasher, stove with oven and microwave. A lot of space and well decorated! 1st floor: 3 bedrooms of which are two with a matrimonial bed and one room with two single bed. There are bathrooms (all with toilet, sink, shower and bidet).

With the central stair to the first floor: living room/kitchen with dishwasher, stove with oven. Via a staircase to a lovely spacious bedroom with a very high ceiling and great views over the whole area. Additionally is the bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and bidet. A lovely apartment for a couple! On the ground floor there is a terrace with dining table for these guests.

Payment

After phoning or mailing your reservation you will receive a booking form. This form should be returned a.s.a.p. completed . Please deposit both the booking fee of € 25,- and the weekly commission of € 60,- or € 70,- (account numbers can be found on the booking form). We will then send you a voucher stating the amount due to the owner and the method of payment. You ca pay by creditcard.

Cleaning the property

Cleaning is includes but we kindly ask you to leave the apartment as you found it, and to report any damages or breakage. The costs of the final cleaning are: Torriano 1 € 60,-, Torriano 2 € 50,-, Torriano 3 € 70,-, Torriano 4 € 50,-.

Arrival and departure

Please be so kind as to arrive on the Saturday afternoon between 15:00 and 19:00 hrs. Departure not later than 10:00 on Saturday.

Details

In all the apartments there is a washing machine. Free wifi in all the apartments. You are allowed to take fruit from all the fruit trees in the garden. Long beds, 2 meter. Extra bed: €50,- Dogs only allowed on request. All other pets are not allowed. At 700 m distance, there is a little grocery where you can buy fruit, milk, cheese, bread and vegetables. At 3 km distance, in the village Mercatale, there is a Coop and in San Casciano there I a large one.
