Description
This 2 centuries old farmhouse which has been restored, is divided in two large apartments (one on the ground floor and on the first floor). The stables became one apartment with it’s own garden. Beautiful terracotta floors and wooden beams. Because the Podere al Lago is situated on the top of a hill there are lovely views on the area with several small villages and a lake. The vineyard and olive grove take care of a rural Tuscany atmosphere. Within 5 minutes distance you will find the village Trevinano with a very easy restaurant or a restaurant with a Michelin star.
Layout Pergola
Via a staircase on the side of the house, you will entrée a loggia with a large eating table. Large kitchen with an old fireplace, large dining table and all comfort you need(dishwasher, microwave etcetera). Large living room with 2 comfortable sofas, desk and fireplace. Bedroom with two spate beds and a third bed under one of them, 2 bathrooms with shower, bath and double sink, separate toilet room, double bedroom. Separate part for this apartment in the garden with chairs.

Ground floor: entree in the living room with fireplace and open kitchen (all comfort you need). double bedroom, bathroom with shower and double sink, separate toilet, 2nd living-/sleeping room with a double sofa bed which can be changed easily to a comfortable double bed, bathroom with shower, toilet and sink (this bathroom is suitable for disabled and wheelchair users).

Layout Tinaia
Ground floor: very nice modern kitchen with all the comfort you need and connected to a very spacious living room with fireplace. A long corridor with: double bedroom with its own bathroom (shower, bath and double sink), bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower, bath and double sink, 2 separate toilet rooms, bedroom with one single bed (a second can be placed) and shower. A second living room, formal cantina, with two couches. Outside there I a spacious loggia with a large dining table and connected the garden with chairs, hammock and swing.

Payment
After phoning or mailing your reservation you will receive a booking form. This form should be returned a.s.a.p. completed . Please deposit both the booking fee of € 25,- and the weekly commission of € 100,- to € 120,- (account numbers can be found on the booking form). We will then send you a voucher stating the amount due to the owner and the method of payment.
Cleaning the property
You are required to leave the apartment as you found it, and to report any damages or breakage. During a longer stay then 1 week, there will be an extra cleaning of 3 hours paid by the guests.
Arrival and departure
Please be so kind as to arrive on the Saturday afternoon between 16:00 and 19:00 hrs. Departure not later than 9:30 on Saturday morning.

Wireless internet access in all the apartments. Mountainbikes are available for the guests. Shopping: Trevinano (3 km), San Casciano dei Bagni (10 km), Aquapendente (14 km). Spa-resort within 20 minutes in San Casciano dei Bagni. Wine can be bought in the house Washing machine and dryer for common use. Cooking lessons, golf lessons and a hunting seminar can be arranged. Large oval swimmining pool with a lovely view ,deckchairs and a fridge.
