Petrognano

Description

Not far from the mediaeval town of Barberino Val d’Elsa lies the hamlet of Petrognano surrounded by splendid hills. Next to a chapel (San Pietro) lie 4 completely restored apartments. The swimming pool (5 x 10 m.) pool is situated at c. 30 m. Superb views as far as San Gimignano during clear weather conditions. Peace and quiet, no traffic.

Payment

After phoning or mailing your reservation you will receive a booking form. This form should be returned a.s.a.p. completed. Please deposit both the booking fee of € 25,- and the weekly commission of € 80,- (account numbers can be found on the booking form). We will then send you a voucher stating the amount due to the owner and the method of payment. On arrival you will be requested to pay a deposit (cauzione) of € 150,-.

Cleaning the property

You are required to leave the apartment as you found it, and to report any damages or breakage.

Arrival and departure

Please be so kind as to arrive on the Saturday afternoon between 16:00 and 19:00 hrs. Departure not later than 9:30 on Saturday morning.

Details

Television and microwave oven in all apartments. Wifi. Washing machine at guests’ disposal. Discount of 15% for rent of 2 or more weeks. Extra guest: € 60,- a week. Pool open from 17th April till 17th October. Please bring your own towels for use at swimming pool. Dog allowed at an extra cleaning charge of € 20,-. Extra cleaning possible at € 8,- per hour. Extra towels and bedlinen available at € 15,- for 2 and € 28,- for 4 persons. Wine, olive oil and honey for sale. Shopping in Barberino at 3 km. Deposit € 150,-.
