Description
The large and comfortable apartments are located in a small yet excellent winegrowing estate in Chianti Classico, surrounded by cypresses, vineyards woodland and olive groves. As it lies on top of a hill you will enjoy wonderful views. Tennis court and large swimming pool on the grounds. Each apartment has its own private section of the garden/terrace. Le Macine lies apart at 400 m from Le Filigare. Excellent opportunities for walking. Peace and quiet, no traffic.
Filigare/Le Macine is now mainly a wedding location and then all apartments are rented to the family to be married.

Payment
After phoning or mailing your reservation you will receive a booking form. This form should be returned a.s.a.p. completed . Please deposit both the booking fee of € 25,- and the weekly commission of € 70,-, to € 120,- (account numbers can be found on the booking form). We will then send you a voucher and indications of how to pay the owner in Italy.
Cleaning the property
You are required to leave the apartment as you found it, and to report any damages or breakage.
Arrival and departure
Please be so kind as to arrive on the Saturday afternoon between 16:00 and 19:00 hrs. Departure not later than 9:30 on Saturday morning.

Satellite TV and dishwasher in all apartments. Extra guest: € 140,- a week. Washing machine at guests’ disposal (€ 10,- each time). No dogs allowed! Central heating not included. Shopping in San Donato in Poggio at 3 km (road partly metalled).
