At 2 km from the asphalted road between Radda and Castellina in Chianti, lies the beautifully restored cottage on the same grounds as does the house of the very kind owners from Milan. Peace, quiet and privacy, the very well kept grounds around, the views, the large terrace in front and the swimmingpool next to the owners house, render this very comfortable Poggetto a true holiday paradise.

Ground floor: entrance in lounge with French windows, television set and CD player. Adjoining, very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and fireplace. Extra bedroom with sloping roof, 2 single beds, extra bathroom with lavatory and washbasin. Spiral stairs made of wood leading to downstairs section: two double bedrooms, each with fully equipped bathroom and access to garden. Large terrace with barbecue and pergola in front of the cottage.

Payment

After phoning or mailing your reservation you will receive a booking form. This form should be returned a.s.a.p. completed . Please deposit the booking fee of € 25,-  (account numbers can be found on the booking form). We will then send you a voucher stating the amount due to the owner on arrival.

Cleaning the property

You are required to leave the apartment as you found it, and to report any damages or breakage.

Arrival and departure

Please be so kind as to arrive on the Saturday afternoon between 16:00 and 18:00 hrs. Departure not later than 9:30 on Saturday morning.

Details

Free wifi available Microwave in the kitchen Washing machine at guests disposal. Television and CD player. Central heating charged according to use. Rates of occupancy by two guests are only valid when one bedroom and one bathroom are used. Pool can be used by guests only from 9:30 till 13:00 and from 15:00 till 19:00 hrs. You are asked not to take your meals at the pool. Please bring your own towels for use at the pool. Cleaning charge: € 50,-. Shopping in Radda (supermarket Coop open on sunday) or Castellina at c. 6 km.
