Via an unmetalled path (c. 2.5 km) you arrive at this previous hunting lodge belonging to the Castello di Proceno (8 km), situated on a hilltop in a splendid landscape with broad views, a.o. of Monte Amiata. The property lies in the province of Lazio on the very border of Tuscany and Umbria and so it is ideally suited to sightseeing in those three provinces. Lake Bolsena is only 30 km. away. The property has recently been fully restored but dates from the 18 th century originally. All modern comforts, nice large rooms, separate accommodation for two, suited for disabled guests, (bedroom and bathroom on ground floor).

Ground floor: entrance in central hallway, complete apartment suitable for two with double bed and bathroom with shower. Dining room with fireplace; kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove, electric oven, microwave and fridge-freezer; breakfast area via arch; laundry room with washing machine. Lavatory suitable for disabled guests. Outside covered terrace with barbecue grill and large dining table. First floor: lounge with fireplace and built-in kitchenette. Three bedrooms with double beds bathroom with shower en suite. Two bedrooms with single beds, and bathrooms with shower.

Payment

After phoning or mailing your reservation you will receive a booking form. This form should be returned a.s.a.p. completed . We will then send you a voucher stating the amount due to the owner and the method of payment. 20% of the rent must be deposited when booking.

Cleaning the property

You are required to leave the apartment as you found it, and to report any damages or breakage.

Arrival and departure

Please be so kind as to arrive on the Saturday afternoon between 16:00 and 19:00 hrs. Departure not later than 9:30 on Saturday morning.

Weekly cleaning charge: an obligatory € 90,- is charged (for this sum the property will be cleaned between times). Central heating and telephone charged according to use. Hairdryers in all bathrooms. Private swimming pool (6 x 12 m) and carport. Cleaning three times a week. Acquapendente 15 km, Chiusi 25 km, Rome 140 km, Florence 120 km. coast 100 km. Shopping and restaurant at 2.5 km in Trevinano or at 10 km in San Casciano dei Bagni. Ordering meals at € 25,- each is an option.
