Payment
After phoning or mailing your reservation you will receive a booking form. This form should be returned a.s.a.p. completed. Please deposit both the booking fee of € 25,- and the weekly commission of € 70,- or € 80,- (account numbers can be found on the booking form). We will then send you a voucher stating the amount due to the owner and the method of payment. Deposit € 150,- (Pergolato, Arco, Loggia) or € 100,- (Camino, Rosa, Volta) to be paid on arrival.
Cleaning the property
You are requested to leave the house as you found it, and to report any damages or breakage. The final cleaning is € 70,- (Pergolato and Loggia) or € 50,- (Arco, Camino, Rosa and Volta).
Please be so kind as to arrive on the Saturday afternoon between 15:00 and 19:00 hrs. Departure not later than 9:30 on Saturday morning.

Swimming pool (10x5x1.4) at winery at 300 m, bathroom with toilet at pool. Small children’s playground near pool. Wifi available at the swimming pool, free cards to get by the owner. Kitchens with fridge, gas-cooker, no oven, no dishwashers. Central heating € 10,- a day, fireplace in Camino. Shopping: San Casciano at 4 kms. Various restaurants in direct vicinity. Final cleaning: € 70,- (Pergolato and Loggia) or € 50,- (Arco, Camino, Rosa and Volta). Sofa bed in Camino, Rosa or Volta à € 100,-.
