Description
On a hill one kilometre past the hamlet of La Piazza lies a farmer’s house. Next to it an annex has been converted into three apartments, for 2- 4- and 6 persons. The owners, local winegrowers, are very friendly and helpful. The property has been simply but well furnished. Very peacefully located and gorgeous views. Good walking country. Florence and Siena at about half an hour’s drive. Loverly dinner and groceries in San Donato in Poggioor Panzano.

Payment
After phoning or mailing your reservation you will receive a booking form. This form should be returned a.s.a.p. completed. Please deposit both the booking fee of € 25,- and the weekly commission of € 70,- or € 80,- (account numbers can be found on the booking form). We will then send you a voucher stating the amount due to the owner.
Cleaning the property
You are required to leave the apartment as you found it, and to report any damages or breakage.
Arrival and departure
Please be so kind as to arrive on the Saturday afternoon between 16:00 and 19:00 hrs.
Departure not later than 9:30 on Saturday morning.
