Total surface: 70m2. Entrance directly in the open kitchen/living room with gas stove (4) oven and dishwasher. Very well equipped kitchen and a lot of glass and china. Dining table with 6 chairs, 2 comfortable antique chairs, little desk and library with a lot of books about the area and Italy. A wooden chair leads to a second living room with a bank which can be opened to a full double bed. The stairs are further going up to an entresol where the bedroom is with a double bed, large wardrobe and a small bathroom. There are two terraces: one on the south side and one on the west side. Both with a tabel/chairs, parasol and lighting. All the windows have screens.

Payment

After phoning your reservation you will receive a booking form. This form should be returned a.s.a.p. completed and signed. Please deposit the booking fee of € 25,-  (account numbers can be found on the booking form). We will then send you a voucher and indications of how to pay the owner in Italy. 

Cleaning the property

You are required to leave the apartment as you found it, and to report any damages or breakage. 

Arrival and departure

Please be so kind as to arrive on the Saturday afternoon between 16:00 and 19:00 hrs. Departure not later than 10:00 on Saturday morning.

Details

Swimming pool with sold water (14 x 5 meters) with the use of pool towels. Satellite television. WIFI for free. Washing machine available, charges for consumption. Al the windows have screens. Olive oil (biological) for sale from the own olive grove. Meals and cooking lessons on request. Activities and excursions can be organised, with or without a guide. Shopping in San Donato (6 km) or in Poggibonsi (12 km). Linen, heating, electricity are included. Green energy: geothermal, photovoltaic panels, solar panels, its own water. Smoking not allowed. No pets.

Low season: weekends or mid weeks can be discussed.
