Splendid views of the hills and the Apennines in the distance. Large Italian garden surrounding the property. Billiards, table-tennis. the property boasts four-poster beds and antique furniture. 18 hole Golf Course Poggio dei Medici at 10 minutes. Shopping, bank, post-office public swimming pool, tennis courts at 3 km in Borgo San Lorenzo. Restaurants to be found also in the nice little town of Scarperia at a 10 minutes’ drive and in Sagginale at a 5 minutes’ walk.

Ground floor: entrance, to the left of the hallway a spacious dining room with a large fireplace. To the right of the hallway: a living-room with television and easy chairs. Mezzanine: kitchen with gas stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. First floor: splendid lounge with chandelier. A billiards room with French windows to balcony and tower. Large libreray with sofa, armchairs and piano, 6 bedrooms, three with double beds, two with 2 single beds, one with two small single four posters and one (next to double bedroom) with antique cot. One bathroom, halfway up the stairs, with bathtub, shower, bidet and lavatory. Two bathrooms with shower, bidet and lavatory.

Payment

After phoning or mailing your reservation you will receive a booking form. This form should be returned a.s.a.p. completed. Please deposit both the booking fee of € 25,- and the weekly commission of € 100,- to € 120,- (account numbers can be found on the booking form). We will then send you a voucher and indications of how to pay the owners.

Cleaning the property

You are required to leave the apartment as you found it, and to report any damages or breakage.

Arrival and departure

Please be so kind as to arrive on the Saturday afternoon between 14:00 and 18:00 hrs. Departure not later than 9:30 on Saturday morning.
