This lovely house, set on a secluded hillside, offers captivating views of a gently sloping landscape with olive groves, vineyards and cypress trees. The house is very special in terms of architecture because of its tower. You can go up and have an breathtaking view.
The client will feel very comfortable in this house with its large living room, the great loggia and a good basic kitchen.

Entree in large hall, very big living room with several seatings and fire places. Large basic kitchen. Seperate terras from out the kitchen. 1st Floor: 9 bedrooms for 2 persons and 6 bathrooms.

Payment

After phoning or mailing your reservation you will receive a booking form. This form should be returned a.s.a.p., completed. We will then send you a voucher stating the amount due to the owner and the method of payment. 40% of the rent should be deposited when you book this property. On arrival you will be asked for a deposit of € 300,-.

Cleaning the property

De rental price is inclusive the cleaning. You are requested to leave the house as you found it, and to report any damages or breakage.

Arrival and departure

Please be so kind as to arrive on the Saturday afternoon between 16:00 and 19:00 hrs. Arrival in Tavarnelle where the owner runs a B&B. From Tavernelle the owner will take his guests to Semifonte, a distance of 4 kilometres.
Departure not later than 9:30 on Saturday morning.

Details

A very good house voor large groups of 12 persons and also 18 persons can be placed by renting the annex.
The owners produce good Chianti wine, olive oil and grappa.
Central heating charged according to use, fire place in living room and kitchen.
