Setriolo

Description

The winegrowing estate of Setriolo is located very peacefully and beautifully in the Chianti hills surrounded by woodland, vineyards and olive groves. It is the property of the kind Soderi family. Daughter Susanna has improved vineyards and wine cellar and produces delicious Chianti Classico now. On the grounds, next to the owners’ house you will find a comfortably furnished cottage.

Layout Setriolo

Private access via steps to terrace and entrance; lounge/dining room with fireplace and French windows, kitchen with oven and microwave, 2 bedrooms each with twin beds, bathroom with shower. Large covered terrace and garden with views of surrounding landscape.

Payment

After phoning or mailing your reservation you will receive a booking form. This form should be returned a.s.a.p. completed . Please deposit both the booking fee of € 25,- and the weekly commission of € 80,- (account numbers can be found on the booking form). We will then send you a voucher stating the amount due to the owner and the method of payment.

Cleaning the property

You are required to leave the apartment as you found it, and to report any damages or breakage.

Arrival and departure

Please be so kind as to arrive on the Saturday afternoon between 16:00 and 19:00 hrs. Departure not later than 9:30 on Saturday morning.

Details

Wifi available for free, the best on the terrace. Ask for prices for extra guest. Please bring your own towels for use at the swimming pool. Cleaning charge: € 50,-. Shopping in Castellina in Chianti at 7 km. (along partially unmetalled road).
