This very attractive Umbrian country house, dating back to the 1800s, is located in a scenic spot at the top of a hill. It has been restored, furnished and lived in for many years by the Roman owners. The elegant country garden with luxuriant roses and swimming pool is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. Ample room for ten people but perfect even for couples who would like to enjoy the place as if it were their own home. A vineyard and a cellar to immerse yourselves in the world of quality wine are almost at your doorstep. Highly suitable for a stay in autumn or winter.

Layout Santoiolo

Ground floor: Spacious kitchen furnished with modern electrical appliances (dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, fridge, freezer), a table for 8 people plus a fireplace which can be used for cooking. The house has facilities for barbecues both inside and outside. A spacious living room with TV, fireplace, a large table that seats 12; an enclosed veranda with fitness equipment and keyboard; a bedroom with two single beds; two bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with a large tub and washing machine). First floor: 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds, one bedroom attached to bathroom with tub; a large bedroom with two single beds and a double bed on mezzanine floor; another bathroom with shower.

Payment

After phoning or mailing your reservation you will receive a booking form. This form should be returned a.s.a.p., completed. We will then send you a voucher stating the amount due to the owner and the method of payment. 20% of the rent should be deposited when you book this property. Deposit of € 500,-.

Cleaning the property

You are requested to leave the house as you found it, and to report any damages or breakage. Final cleaning: € 350,-.

Arrival and departure

Please be so kind as to arrive on the Saturday afternoon between 16:00 and 19:00 hrs. Departure not later than 9:30 on Saturday morning.
