Description
In the heart of Chianti Classico, between Florence and Siena lies this estate, surrounded by splendid hills, vineyards, olive groves and woodland. Its Florentine owners use the large house as a weekend cottage and a holiday home. On the same grounds, but completely separate, lies the completely restored former hay barn. The two very well furnished and beautiful apartments occupy two floors of this building, each offering lots of privacy and access on ground level. At a fair distance lies the splendid swimming pool with a shower, plenty of garden furniture and even lighting. Here you will find good walking opportunities without the risk of meeting cars. Florence and Siena lie within easy reach. The pleasant town of San Donato has many restaurants, a pizzeria, shops, a bank and a post office.

Payment
After phoning or mailing your reservation you will receive a booking form. This form should be returned a.s.a.p. completed. Please deposit both the booking fee of € 25,- and the weekly commission of € 80,- or € 100,- (account numbers can be found on the booking form). We will then send you a voucher and indications of how to pay the owner and the method of payment. At arrival they will ask you a deposit of € 150,-.
Cleaning the property
You are required to leave the apartment as you found it, and to report any damages or breakage. Final cleaning € 70,- per apartment
Arrival and departure
Please be so kind as to arrive on the Saturday afternoon between 16:00 and 19:00 hrs. Departure not later than 9:30 on Saturday morning.
Details
Aircondtioning in the apartments, Washing machine for shared use. Internet (wifi) for free. Satellite TV in both apartments. No dishwasher. Central heating, charged according to use. Cleaning charge: € 70,- (Monna Lisa and Leonardo) Swimming pool 12 x 6 m with a depth of 1.10 to 2 m, open from May up to and including September.
