At only 1 km from the little town of Tavarnelle Val di Pesa, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves stands the beautifully restored and large house Poggio al Chiuso owned by the charming Corti family. At the back of the house is a swimming pool and ample opportunity to sit outside in the garden. The apartments are comfortable and well furnished. Reception area with television, fireplace and computer. The additional large common kitchen and dining space make this house suitable for groups.

Payment
After phoning or mailing your reservation you will receive a booking form. This form should be returned a.s.a.p. completed. Please deposit both the booking fee of € 25,- and the weekly commission of € 70,- to € 80,- (account numbers can be found on the booking form). We will then send you a voucher stating the amount due to the owner.
Cleaning the property
You are required to leave the apartment as you found it, and to report any damages or breakage.
Arrival and departure
Please be so kind as to arrive on the Saturday afternoon between 16:00 and 19:00. Departure not later than 9:30 on Saturday morning.
Details
Television, open fire and computer in reception area. Wifi available for free. For new customers there will be a box of 6 bottles of wine of the house, as a gift. Vegetables available for the guests. Wine, olive oil and grappa for sale. Extra fee for groups and use of large extra kitchen: € 350,- per week. No groups admitted from 17/7 till 13/8. Extra cleaning fee for dogs € 30,- per week. Please bring your own towels for use at swimming pool. All apartments are fitted with central heating (c. € 12,- a day) and a safe. Shopping, restaurant and bus to Florence/Siena in Tavarnelle at 1 km.
