Fattoria di Seta is located only 10 km from the sea and 10 km from the airport of Ancona. The fortified town of Jesi is 10 minutes drive away and the cosmopolitan resort of Senigallia 20 minutes. The country house accommodates 16 people including 4 in the guest house. The unique location enjoying 360 degree panoramic view of the surroundings. The rooms are situated around the axis of the house, making each space has optimal light from at least one of the 45 windows. The pool is the is location and shape ‘infinity’ literally part of the environment. The house has 550 m2 of living space spread over three floors. The tower room, on the 3rd floor is not rented. Fattoria di Seta has air conditioning which is located under the floor, creating a very natural heating c.q. cooling. There is wifi both indoors and in the garden. As for bathing water has been selected for a composition having predominantly salt instead of chlorine. In addition, the pool is heated by solar panels. The pool is like the villa and garden lit up nicely. Fattoria di Seta provides by the location and the electronic gate complete privacy. The garden (3500 m2) is planted with various fruit trees, cypress trees and rose bushes, and is irrigated automatically. On the grounds are also a further 450 olive trees. Across the valley is the ‘neighbor’ ‘Luchetti, a famous wine producer and a 10-minute drive away in a Michelin restaurant. Of course you can also enjoy staying home to barbecue next to the floodlit pool! Welcome to Fattoria di Seta where tradition and luxury meet!.

Layout Fattoria di Seta

On the ground floor there are two spacious lounges, a semi-open kitchen, a nice dining room and two bedrooms with attached bathroom. There is also a “library” with some 100 Dutch books. Both living rooms are nicely decorated and equipped with a fireplace. One of the lounges has a large lounge sofa, ottoman and chaise longue. In the other living room are several armchairs, ottoman and footstools. In the sitting room with lounge sofa, there is satellite television and a dock for I-phone. In the house there is WiFi. The kitchen is large and modern and has a beautiful design kitchen island. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with all amenities like 2 low refrigerators, a large oven, microwave, steam oven and a Nespresso machine. The kitchen has doors to the terrace. On the large terrace is a large dining table with chairs. From the terrace you have views of the pool and a beautiful, unique view on the Le Marche hills. Overlooking olive groves, vineyards and beautiful villages like Morro d’Alba and Monte San Vito. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with two double beds. In this bedroom is possible to add an extra cot. The bedrooms have a private modern bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. On the first floor are a further four bedrooms with double beds and several single beds. A total of staying on the first floor for 8 persons. There is also a large games room with among others, football, table tennis, chess, etc. On the 1st floor there are two very nice modern bathrooms. One bathroom with shower and toilet and a large bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. The guest house (50 m2) is also cultivated in 2007 and has all modern conveniences. It consists of a living room with kitchenette, bathroom and two bedrooms. Both bedrooms are equipped with a double bed. The guesthouse can accommodate 4 persons. The guesthouse has a separate garden and is separated by trees and oleanders. Fattoria di Seta has a large and modern swimming pool of 16 x 7 meters (depth 1.60 m) with hydromassage. The pool has a special children’s area of 3 x 5 meters (depth 0.80 m). Around the pool there is a teak deck with plenty of loungers and chairs. Several umbrellas provide shade.

Payment

After telephone reservation you will receive a booking form by email. This form needs to be filled in and to be returned as soon as possible. We will send you an acknowledgment of receipt bearing the word how you have to pay the owner. 50% of the rent must be paid at time of reservation. There will also be a deposit of € 500, – be charged.

Cleaning the property

You are required to leave the apartment as you found it, and to report any damages or breakage. Final cleaning costs à € 250,-. By a stay longer then one week, a cleaning will be done on expenses of the guests.

Arrival and departure

Please be so kind as to arrive on the Saturday afternoon between 17:00 and 19:00 hrs. Departure not later than 10 on Saturday morning.
