The old castle lies not far from Monte Amiata, Sovana and Pitigliano, wedged between Tuscany and Umbria in the north of the province of Lazio. Hence it is ideally suited for sightseeing trips to these three provinces. Lake Bolsena lies at only 25 km. The well furnished apartments each have their private garden area. Payment
After phoning or mailing your reservation you will receive a booking form. This form should be returned a.s.a.p., completed. We will then send you a voucher stating the amount due to the owner and the method of payment. 20% of the rent should be deposited when you book this property.
Cleaning the property
You are required to leave the apartment as you found it, and to report any damages or breakage. At a certain fee one can have one’s laundry done and/or have a cleaning lady clean the apartment.
Arrival and departure
Please be so kind as to arrive on the Saturday afternoon between 16:00 and 19:00 hrs. Departure not later than 9:30 on Saturday morning.

Cleaning charge: € 30,- p.h. when staying longer than one week.
