Description
CASANOVA DI CAMPI, located 18 km south of Siena, forms a watershed between the fantastic landscape of the Crete Senesi and the holm oak forests, the beginning of the Maremma.
The wonderfully unspoilt nature is the hallmark of this part of Tuscany, which together with its history of the Crete Senesi and the entire area of Siena makes it one of the most beautiful destinations in the country.
The alternation of beautiful landscapes with medieval villages, churches, abbeys and castles makes this landscape a magical place where every day, in a few minutes by car or in a few hours by bike, you can reach an even more enchanting destination than the other.
Casanova di Campi has 5 apartments, all with outdoor spaces, renovated and furnished with respect for tradition but with all modern amenities (Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, espresso machine, coffee maker, mixer, hairdryer).
Guests have access to the swimming pool located on a natural terrace with a panoramic view of the Crete Senesi.
Location
From CASANOVA DI CAMPI we can reach in just two or three minutes by car the village of Murlo, an ancient and characteristic medieval village, or decide to visit other important and beautiful historical sites scattered in the Crete Senesi, such as Montalcino (28 km), Pienza (41 km), the Abbey of San Galgano (34 km) and numerous villages scattered in the hills of Chianti Classico less than 30 kilometers away and, finally, of course, Siena, the beautiful medieval city where the famous Palio is held twice a year.
Layout Cedro (2p + child)
Located on the ground floor; it measures just over 50 square meters and overlooks the southern part of the garden with a view of Monte Amiata, Montalcino and the Crete Senesi; the apartment consists of a large and cozy kitchen, a spacious and bright double bedroom (with the possibility of adding a cot) and a bathroom.
It also has an outdoor area for lunch and dinner.

Accessible via a staircase for exclusive use; the apartment measures about 90 square meters and is located on the first floor of the central building. The terrace overlooks the small pine forest of the farm and the holm oak woods located to the west, the windows offer a panorama of Montalcino and Monte Amiata.
The apartment consists, besides the small terrace where it is possible to have lunch and dinner, of a very large living room with a large fireplace, a kitchen, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Ideal for 4 people..

With a surface of about 85 square meters, it is located on the ground floor and is spread over the three sides of the farmhouse. To the north you can enjoy the view of the garden, including the swimming pool, to the east of the lake and the Crete Senesi up to the hills of Chianti.
“Rosae 2” consists of a large and bright living room with dining area and kitchenette, two large and comfortable bedrooms and a large bathroom. It also has a laundry room and an outdoor area where you can have lunch and dinner outdoors.

The apartment has an area of about 120 square meters and occupies the entire first floor of the east side of the structure. Access to this apartment is possible via an external staircase for private use that leads to the terrace, where it is possible to have lunch and dinner. The windows, in addition to overlooking a pond, offer a panorama that goes 180 ° from Monte Amiata to the Crete Senesi and from the hills of Val d’Orcia to those of Chianti. The apartment consists of a large and bright entrance hall, a large living room with dining area and kitchen, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Payment
After booking by telephone, you will receive a booking form by email. Please return this form as soon as possible and transfer the booking fee. We will send you a confirmation of receipt stating how you should pay the owners.
Cleaning
The rental of the apartments (from Saturday to Saturday in high season) also includes any heating, use of the swimming pool and the weekly change of bed linen (sheets and towels) and bath towels. You are expected to treat the apartment with respect and leave it in good condition. You are requested to report any damage or breakage.
Arrival and departure Please arrive on Saturday afternoon between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Departure no later than Saturday morning at 10:00 AM.
