Large basic kitchen. Seperate terras from out the kitchen. 1st Floor: 9 bedrooms for 2 persons and 6 bathrooms.<\/p>\n<h3>Payment<\/h3>\n<p>After phoning or mailing your reservation you will receive a booking form. This form should be returned a.s.a.p., completed. We will then send you a voucher stating the amount due to the owner and the method of payment. 40% of the rent should be deposited when you book this property. On arrival you will be asked for a deposit of \u20ac 300,-.<\/p>\n<h3>Cleaning the property<\/h3>\n<p>De rental price is inclusive the cleaning. You are requested to leave the house as you found it, and to report any damages or breakage.<\/p>\n<h3>Arrival and departure<\/h3>\n<p>Please be so kind as to arrive on the Saturday afternoon between 16:00 and 19:00 hrs. Arrival in Tavarnelle where the owner runs a B&amp;B.
