The beautiful landscape surrounding the property is characterized by vineyards, cornfields and woods. Semifonte enjoys breathtaking views and does not seem to be bothered by the traffic using the nearby road between Barberino and Petrognano. The two recently refurbished apartments form part of the same building in which the owner and his family live. On the premises there is another building containing four apartments. One of these is lived in by a cousin of the owner and his family. There is also a swimming pool. Both apartments we have on offer, come with covered terrace.<\/p>\n<h3>Layout Luna<\/h3>\n<p>Ground floor one bedroom with two single beds.. Upstairs two double bedrooms one of which contains a spare single bed.<\/p>\n<h3>Layout Sole<\/h3>\n<p>Safe parking area with gate. Ground floor: sitting room with open fireplace, kitchen with all facilities. Ground floor: bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower. First floor: two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with bath and shower.<\/p>\n<h3>Payment<\/h3>\n<p>After phoning or mailing your reservation you will receive a booking form. This form should be returned a.s.a.p. Please deposit both the booking fee of \u20ac 25,- and the weekly commission of \u20ac 80,- (account numbers and international codes can be found on the booking form). We will then send you a voucher stating the amount due to the owner and the method of payment.<\/p>\n<h3>Cleaning the property<\/h3>\n<p>You are requested to leave the apartment as you found it, and to report any damages or breakage.<br \/>\nFinal cleaning \u00e0 \u20ac 100,00.<\/p>\n<h3>Arrival and departure<\/h3>\n<p>Please be so kind as to arrive on the Saturday afternoon between 16:00 and 19:00 hrs. Arrival in Tavarnelle where the owner runs a B&amp;B.
